Teacher Collection

We will pull requests for teachers who teach in the Pickerington Local School District or preschools that serve Pickerington residents. We ask that you allow one week for us to gather your materials. We also ask that you respect the time it takes the staff to pull materials and pick up your requests in a timely manner.

Once notified that your collection is ready, you will have three days to pick it up. However, you can call the library and extend the pick-up time. Teacher collection privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the school year after the second time you fail to pick up your collection. Please be aware that we may not be able to gather all the material requested due to the popularity of the topic and the amount of our resources.

You can apply for a teacher card at the circulation desk. You must teach or live in the Pickerington School District. Please bring your drivers license and address verification if your drivers license does not have the correct information. Audio-visual items are not permitted on teacher cards. The loan period for teacher books is six weeks. Items on the teacher card cannot be renewed.
