Support the LibraryFrom donations to volunteering, there are many ways to become more involved with the Pickerington Public Library. The Pickerington Public Library depends on the generous support of friends like you, so that we can continue to create, preserve, and maintain our array of collections, programs, and services. Take a look at the programs below to see how you can help. Fairfield County FoundationThe Pickerington Public Library Fund was established in 1998 as part of the Fairfield County Foundation. The Pickerington Library Board of Trustees established the fund to provide support for and perpetuate the library for the use and benefit of the citizens of the Pickerington Local School District. Contributions to the PPL Fund are deposited with the Foundation and held separately for the benefit of the library. The pooling of resources through the Foundation permits more diverse investment opportunities, benefiting the PPL Fund with a potentially greater return on investment. Distributions of income from the PPL Fund shall be made by the Trustees of the Foundation pursuant to suggestions of the Library's Advisory Committee, consisting of one member of the Library's Board of Trustees, one member from the Friends of the Pickerington Public Library and one member who is a patron of the library. Donors may request that their contributions be designated to a certain area of library service. For more information, visit the Fairfield County Foundation website.
